Thank you for shopping with Slop Clothing. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Slop Clothing products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Our products are produced, packaged, and shipped through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment providers, including Printify and its network of independent Print Providers.
Because each product is made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.
Production Time
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within approximately 2–7 business days after the order is submitted for production.
Production may take longer during holidays, sales periods, periods of unusually high demand, inventory shortages, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
The total estimated delivery period includes:

Production and fulfillment time;
-
Carrier transit time; and
-
Any customs processing or other destination-specific delays.
Slop Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather, strikes, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, international restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
A shipping delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, replacement, or refund.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Shipping charges may vary depending on the product, quantity, fulfillment location, destination, and selected shipping service.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has entered production, except where a refund is expressly approved under this policy or required by law.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will normally be provided after an order has been produced and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages when products are fulfilled by different Print Providers. Each package may have a separate tracking number and delivery date.
In limited cases, a shipping service may not include full tracking.
Delayed or Missing Orders
Customers should first review their tracking information and contact the local shipping carrier or post office when an order appears delayed.
If an order has not arrived within seven calendar days after the estimated delivery date, the customer should contact us at sloppy.service@gmail.com with:

The customer’s full name;
-
Order number;
-
Shipping address; and
-
Any available tracking information.
We will investigate the shipment with our fulfillment provider and shipping carrier. Opening an investigation does not guarantee an immediate refund.
For packages that remain undelivered:
-
Domestic United States and regional European Union shipments may generally be investigated as potentially lost after 30 calendar days without delivery.

International shipments may generally be investigated as potentially lost after 45 calendar days without delivery.
The customer must report a potentially lost shipment promptly and no later than seven calendar days after the applicable period above.
If the fulfillment provider or carrier determines that the package was lost in transit and the loss was not caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customer refusal, customs nonpayment, or another customer-related issue, Slop Clothing may, at its discretion, provide either:

A replacement at no additional charge; or
-
A refund of the affected product and applicable shipping charge.
No refund is guaranteed solely because tracking has not updated for seven days.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Slop Clothing is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
Once an order enters production, the shipping address may not be changed. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be required to pay all costs associated with reproduction and reshipment.
No refund will be provided for an address error caused by the customer, except where required by law.
Orders Marked as Delivered
When tracking information shows that an order was delivered, the order will be considered fulfilled.
Customers who cannot locate a package marked as delivered should:

Check around the delivery location;

Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff;

Wait at least 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final drop-off; and
-
Contact the shipping carrier directly.
Slop Clothing will reasonably assist with a carrier investigation but is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement occurring after a carrier records the package as delivered.
International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or other government charges.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout. The recipient is responsible for paying all applicable import charges.
Slop Clothing is not responsible for customs delays or packages refused, abandoned, or returned because the recipient failed to pay required customs charges. Such orders are not eligible for a refund except where required by law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be submitted to production shortly after payment is completed. For this reason, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed.
Customers are responsible for confirming the product, color, size, quantity, design, and shipping information before completing checkout.
